Nitrate is an important element for healthy coral growth. Without this essential nutrient, corals can fail to thrive and may even die out in your aquarium. Nyos Nitrate+ allows you to safely and easily raise the nitrate value in your system to desired levels.

A nutrient imbalance between nitrate and phosphate can lead to algae growth, therefore it is important to keep levels in check (test at least twice weekly) and also supplement with Nyos Phosphate+ to balance daily consumption.

Recommended NO3 value: 10-20 ppm

Recommended PO4 value: 0.025 – 0.05 ppm

1mL of Nitrate+ will increase the nitrate value in a 100L (25 Gallon) aquarium by 1ppm
