At the same time, these small refugiums also provide a safe-haven for desirable copepods amphipods to feed and reproduce, and this can create a renewable source of food for fish and invertebrates in the display. Fiji Cube’s compact refugiums create the perfect environment for cultivating algae and copepods, with a unique baffle system that provides gentle flow-through to deliver the nutrients the organisms need while avoiding excess currents. The Fiji Cube Advanced Hang On Back Refugium Box features full brace support to prevent bowing. The unique hanging bracket system provides a robust and secure mount to your aquarium for extra safety. The brace design also features test probe and dosing tube holders to make the aquarium system complete.

 

The PRO Series of Fiji Cube HOB Refugiums also includes a Fiji Flow DC return pump with a digital controller.The Fiji Flow Nano DC pump allows flow adjustment to control how much water flows through the refugium, providing versatility to your setup needs. Its ceramic shaft design produces less heat, requires less maintenance, and can be operated at safer, lower voltages when compared to traditional motor-driven pumps. The controller is easy to use with both adjustable flow and a dedicated Feed Mode.
