Compact, Powerful, & Fully Submersible

Bring big flow in a small form factor to your aquarium. The RP-M V2 is around half the size of comparable pumps, but with all the power! The secret is in the unique impeller design which rotates around the motor block, allowing for a smaller form factor that protrudes only 2.25″ into your tank, as well as a wide yet powerful flow. The pump and its “dry side” magnet are both 100% waterproof and can be fully submerged just about anywhere you can imagine– you can even place your pump on your overflow box if you like!

 

New Controller Design

The Reef Power’s updated controller still offers the same high-end features at an affordable price, but now with a more intuitive design modified for ease of use and adjustability. Additional wording and icons have been added to remove any confusion about the controls and to display relevant information at a glance. A knob has been added to more easily adjust pulse speed, and the LCD screen has been removed in favor of a more simplified interface. The RP-M V2 maintains the auto shut off feature, sine wave noise reduction, and 7 preset flow modes included in the previous controller design.

Improved Impeller

The RP-M V2 features an updated impeller with a stronger connection to the central impeller shaft and a tapered bottom to reduce contact with the motor housing. As a result of these changes, the V2 RP-M is even quieter and longer-lasting than the original. In addition, the impeller now features 4 blades instead of 2, yielding twice the surface area for more evenly distributed flow patterns in your aquarium— goodbye, dead spots!

 

Wireless Linking

Your RP-M V2 can be paired wirelessly to Lead or Follow other pumps, in addition to running Solo on its own. For example, if you have 2 pumps, and set one to Lead, and one to Follow, the Follow pump will automatically switch modes and enter feed timers when prompted by the Lead controller. If you have pumps you want to run independently, simply set them to Solo mode.
