Shipping Policy

Livestock Shipping

  • Shipping is $49.99 Out of State | Texas (in-state) Shipping is $29.99. Livestock orders over $299 ship free.
  • All live items are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight Monday – Thursday and usually arrive 11:30am CST.
  • Orders placed by 1pm CST Monday – Thursday are shipped out same day, orders made after 2pm or on Fridays ship the next business day.
  • Certain remote areas are delivered later in the day. We use specific packing means necessary to ensure the safe arrival of your livestock.
  • In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must submit a DOA Request within 2 hours of delivery (FedEx posted time).
  • Once we receive the request we will issue a replacement or store credit.
  • The store credit does not include the cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds on livestock or shipping. 
  •  Top Shelf Aquatics cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your FedEx shipment to arrive late. Keep in mind we do whatever we can do to make it right! 
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
  • We do not ship livestock outside of the continental US.

Aquarium Supplies

Memoreefs has excellent shipping rates, but what is MEMOXPRESS exactly? MEMOXPRESS is a shipping option applied to any cart that has aquarium supplies with a total value of $49.99 or more. Carts with a aquarium supplies value of $49.99 or more, free ground shipping will be applied. Carts with a aquarium supplies value of $399 or more ship FEDEX Express OVERNIGHT FREE. Orders will ship same day if received before 1pm CST Monday – Thursday. If received on Friday or after 2pm CST they will ship on the next Business day.  Friday shipments will be derived on Monday not Saturday.  If you have an emergency or just can not wait for your equipment to get to your door, Memoreefs’s also offers priority overnight shipping just for you

  • When purchasing aquarium supplies valued at $49 or more, you will qualify for free Ground Shipping.
  • When purchasing aquarium supplies valued at $399 or more, you will qualify for free FedEx Priority Overnight, unless it’s a Drop Ship item or Special Order item.
  • Orders will ship same day if received before 2pm EST Monday – Friday. If received after 2pm EST they will ship on the next business day. 
  • Freight and drop shipments such as larger tanks, sumps and tank systems do not qualify for free shipping and are indicated as freight or drop shipping in the product description.
  • Non overnight packages will be shipped with the most economical method but for your reference generally follows these guidelines.
  • Packages under a pound may be shipped USPS First Class mail.
  • We do not ship aquarium supplies outside of the US.

Freight, Drop Shipments and Special Orders such as larger tanks, sumps do not qualify and are indicated as freight or drop shipping in the product description. Free shipping promotion for a limited time only, does not apply to expedited shipment methods or frozen foods, PO Boxes, or orders outside the contiguous US. Non overnight packages will be shipped with the most economical method but for your reference generally follows these guidelines. Packages under a pound are likely to be shipped first class mail USPS,7 pounds FedEx ground. Offer valid only in the 48 contiguous USA.
