Replacement Matrix Filter Media for Seachem Tidal 55 HOB Power Filters. Matrix media by Seachem is a high capacity biofilter material that controls nitrate levels in your aquarium by limiting ammonia, circumventing the process in which ammonia is converted into nitrite and subsequently nitrate. Each pack includes 250 ML of Seachem Matrix media and should be replaced monthly depending on your aquarium’s bioload.
