The frag size you will receive ranges from 1/2 to 3/4 inch, perfect for establishing and watching this magnificent coral grow. When placing your new coral, use IC gel glue, putty, or a combination of both to mount it on a rock or ledge. Choose a location in your tank that receives direct lighting and ample flow to ensure your Acropora thrives.

Feeding your corals is critical for their growth and coloration. Memoreefs recommends a combination of foods tailored for hard corals, including Zooplanktons, Phytoplanktons, Amino Acids, and other Organic Proteins. A daily broadcast feeding with the return and circulation pumps turned off will allow the corals to effectively consume the nutrients they need.

Hard corals, such as SPS coral, demand high water flow and high lighting to maintain their color and health. Whether you’re using T5’s, Metal Halides, or LED’s, ensuring the proper PAR levels of 350 – 500 is crucial. For optimum coloration, a 14-20K color spectrum is recommended.
